1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Striped Fields, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. USER ELIGIBILITY/RESPONSIBILITY

Any organization can use Striped Fields. However, Striped Fields reserves the right to refuse services. You will prepare the field(s) to be lined and direct the placement of such field(s). Ensure all fields are outdoors in open areas with 13-yard turn capability around the entire field. The grass is cut at least 3 inches or lower. The field must not have any puddles, standing water, or potholes. Striped Fields will not line fields that are up or down hills. Fields will not be obstructed by buildings or nature. You represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility/resposibility requirements. You agree to pay a service charge of $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars) if you fail to meet these responsibilities.

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

You may be required to register for an account to access specific service features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

4. USER CONDUCT

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.

  • Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

  • Uploading or transmitting viruses or any other malicious code.

  • Harassing, abusing, or harming another person.

5. CONTENT

You retain ownership of the content you submit to Striped Fields. By submitting content, you grant Striped Fields a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display the content.

6. DISCLAIMERS

Striped Fields provides the service on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content and assume no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Striped Fields shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages or any loss of profits or revenues.

8. TERMINATION

Striped Fields reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at any time, for any reason, without notice.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed by the laws of the state of OHIO.
